"Our vision is extremely important to us and for us to succeed in achieving this, we put a lot of energy and focus into promoting our companies culture. It is extremely important to us that this is right, so we are continuously developing and refining this area as we grow. We want to provide a safe and welcoming space for children to grow and develop into well rounded and successful individuals with just as much opportunity to a healthy and positive life as any other child. For us to achieve this, it's paramount that our teams feel valued and are able to share a sense of belonging in their places of work. Sharing a sense of direction, purpose and overall career fulfilment allows us to collaborate more efficiently and make more of an impact in our young peoples lives, their families lives and also to our care teams too. Our employees are our most important assets and are all superheroes in our eyes.
