Especially for care leavers

Leaving home can be a  daunting and overwhelming experience, so here at Brinscall Care we understand and empathise with care leavers how difficult it is when the time comes to actually leave the comfort of their home and in most cases, leave their support network too.
Our Aftercare Promise ensures that all young people are cared for and supported for a time, even after they leave our care.  
A specific package and support programme is tailored for each young person so they do not feel abandoned or on their own at such an important and pivotal point in their lives. 

As care practitioners we constantly promote and deliver consistency, and therefore our ethos does not believe this continuity should end abruptly because of their age. Elaborate planning and consideration is carried out in
advance so the process for care leavers is smooth, supportive and productive. This covers areas such as helping find a place to live, decorating and providing essential appliances, support with job and education placements and also emotional support, healthy relationships, health and and well-being, guidance and direction.
